Do you offer a trial?

We offer a free trial of our PAYG Plan, which will provide you with 1 month of service and $5 of prepaid call usage. To minimise abuse of this trial product, and so that we can keep it available for more people to use, we do require you to send a quick email to [email protected] requesting a trial.

Where are your servers located?

To ensure optimal quality for our customers, we have servers located in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. All of our Systems are located with NextDC Data Centres to ensure optimal security.

Are there cancellation fees?

All Resolver Group plans run on a month to month basis. As such, there are no cancellation fees if you decide to leave. We simply ask for feedback when you’re looking to leave, so we can continue to improve our service offerings moving forward. We understand that we aren’t the best fit for everybody, and don’t believe in punishing you for that by forcing you to stay.

Can I bring my own number?

Yes! We are able to port your number from all carriers within Australia. If you wish to bring your own number, simply fill in our easy-to-use Porting Application Form, and we will do the rest for you.
