Please use the form below to create a new account with Resolver Group. Once you have created your account you will be able to place Service Orders from within our Customer Portal.
Once the below form is completed our system will run some Automatic Checks and as long as they all come back clear your account will be activated and you will be sent an email with your login details. Otherwise, our team will be in touch within 1 Business Day.
What happens next?
When you press the Submit Application button your request will be sent to our Processing Servers and some automated checks will be completed, such as validation of your Identity Documents. Once this is completed, you will receive an email from us with your login details to our Customer Portal.
From our Customer Portal, you can add services to your account, request Number Ports, and configure your services with us.
If any issues occur during the automated checks, we will send you an email letting you know that your account has gone to Manual Activation. If this occurs, a member of our team will be in touch within 1 Business Day to resolve any issues with your application and get your account activated.
